Welcome to the new Begonia World and Nursery,

 

We have been in the fortunate postion to purchase this amazing Begonia business from Mervyn and Rona Cox.

 

Begonia World and Nursery will continue on with the existing Begonia varieties and we will aslo be trialing new varieties from overseas, keeping the tradition of Mervyn's high begonia standards.

 

While being the largest growers and breeders of these plants in New Zealand we have extended our nursery to include shrubs and plants.

 

The Nursery also stocks all garden plants including shrubs, natives, camellias, rhodos, fruit trees, citrus, roses, perennials, climbers, annuals and lots more.

 

The retail shop is now open all year, 7 days a week, 9am to 5pm.  If you are in Christchurch please pay us a visit.  Especially when the begonias are flowering from September to March.
